By accessing or using Arcadialand, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics is strictly prohibited and can lead to account suspension.

3. Virtual Items & Tokens

Tokens earned in Arcadialand have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to manage and modify virtual tokens at our discretion.

4. Subscription & Billing

If you purchase Arcadialand Premium, you will be billed periodically based on the plan selected. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, games, and designs within Arcadialand are the property of Arcalandia. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to play the games for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arcadialand is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including data loss or device malfunction.
